Terms & Conditions
- Participants must be active Moove customers and remain under a valid hire purchase (HP) agreement as of the giveaway date. Customers must have been onboarded between 13/08/2025 and 23:59 on 13/11/2025, and must have no payment arrears at the time of the prize draw.
- This promotion applies exclusively to HP agreements for any Moove vehicle. Only one entry is permitted per individual customer. Any breach of the hire purchase agreement terms may result in disqualification.
- Eligible customers will be automatically entered into the giveaway. The winner will be notified on 13/03/2026. If the selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, Moove reserves the right to select an alternative winner. Moove also reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are incomplete, incorrect, fraudulent, or otherwise violate the terms of this promotion.
- Upon confirmation, Moove will arrange the handover of the vehicle and transfer of ownership to the winner. No cash alternative will be offered, and the prize is non-transferable unless agreed by Moove.
- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Moove may use their name and photograph in promotional materials related to the giveaway.
- Moove reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice. This promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Moove shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this promotion or the acceptance or use of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
